The article made the analysis of the different ways of organizational structural units integration. The author reveals basic conditions that affect the need for a coordination of their activities; made systematization of mechanisms for vertical and horizontal communication; analyze advantages and disadvantages of the different methods of communication. The author makes the conclusion about the necessity of the expansion of horizontal integration mechanisms of structural units in our country.
